Delicate Hotel

The hotel has a perfect location, just a few minutes from the beachfront of the famous Danang coastline! The hotel has two nice communal areas by the front desk where you can relax away from your room. There is also a lovely swinging seat on the ground level. There are 2 lifts that take guests from basement to level 16. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast every morning for 60K, I didn't try this so cannot comment on what it is like. There is a nice gym on level 18, with mirrors, a treadmill, bike, chest press and free weights. There is also a shower/toilet room which is great 👍 The rooftop infinity pool may be small, but it is very clean water, good to swim in, and has beautiful lighting at dusk. There are pool towels to use, 3 sunlongers and 2 chairs. My room didnt have a window, but you get a great nights sleep as it is quiet and dark. The room was a good size with everything you need. The hot water is available any time of day and the shower is powerful and great! The beds are comfy and linen is soft and fresh. What makes this hotel superb is that all the staff are welcoming, friendly, always smiling, and will answer any question you have. They can arrange trips and transfers too. Definitely see why this hotel has rating it has !

The hotel’s swimming pool is truly a highlight. The water is clear and clean, and there is a very comfortable sunbathing area. I spent a lot of time here, relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. One of the things that impressed me the most was the friendliness and enthusiasm of the front desk staff. They were always ready to assist and advise me on sightseeing spots as well as the services offered at the hotel. Their attentive service and cheerful smiles made my vacation even more special. My trip to Da Nang was the most enjoyable part of my return to Vietnam

Big clean room very comfortable bed

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Delicat, and I can confidently say that it was one of the most welcoming and comfortable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. A huge part of that is thanks to the amazing front desk team — Chelsea, Selina, Linh, and Jessi. From the very first moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm smiles, genuine kindness, and a level of hospitality that went far beyond expectations. Every single one of them was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. Whether it was answering my endless questions, helping with directions or recommendations, or simply asking how my day was going, they always did it with such warmth and sincerity. What stood out to me the most was how consistent they were — no matter what time of day, they were always cheerful, approachable, and ready to help. Their energy and positivity made me feel not just like a guest, but like a welcomed friend. Their professionalism is matched by their genuine care for guests, and it’s clear that they love what they do. In a world where good service is becoming rare, Chelsea, Selina, Linh, and Jessi truly shine. They are the heart of Hotel Delicat, and they made my stay unforgettable. Thank you so much to all of you — I will definitely come back, and I’ll be recommending this hotel to everyone I know!

Rooms were clean, ac works, staff are very friendly and helpful Good shower pressure. Soft bed All blackout room if you turn off the shower light. Very quiet room (little less the second night/neighbours room)
